The People’s Place is a new development being built by Everton in the Community to promote positive mental health alongside support related to suicide awareness and/ or suicide prevention. This new community based resource will operate from a purpose-built facility adjacent to The People’s Hub on Spellow Lane, just 500 metres from Goodison Park. The purpose of the building will be to provide a physical building that anyone can access to receive tailored support to promote positive mental health and that also best meets their needs in relation to suicide awareness or suicide prevention.

TPK are very proud to be working on this development as a sub-contractor to provide ventilation and HVAC works. We are installing a ventilation system to the ground floor offices and the  first floor changing and toilet facilities to ensure a quality atmosphere throughout.

Ductwork has been routed out to the roof area via an air handling system. Work is ongoing and we are due to complete on schedule in August 2022.
