TPK were subcontracted to work on the development of the Urban Playground, a new entertainment facility based in The Arndale, Manchester. This large development is now home to state of the art, tech-infused crazy golf as well as well as giving visitors the opportunity to play the BBC entertainment show The Cube.

We had to strip out an existing ventilation system throughout two floors of the Arndale Centre before reinstalling new ductwork from existing air handling units to the first and second floor areas. We worked closely with the main contractor and planned our works to the drawings they provided.

The work was necessary because of the large volume of visitors expected to the area, it was crucial to provide a pleasant, healthy and safe environment for people to enjoy themselves in.

We completed all works on time and to budget.
