Liverpool John Moores University have built a brand new home for the School of Education on the site of their former Haigh Building on Maryland Street. The new building provides the very latest teaching and learning facilities, along with individual and group study spaces for the students.

TPK were delighted to be appointed to provide the heat recovery, air conditioning and air ducted units to each level of this 6 storey new build. Working alongside Carpenter Building Services, we planned and managed the difficulties of working safely during the pandemic to allow us to ensure that the works were completed.

We provided additional support in the form of smoke ventilation work.

All work was completed to time and to budget.
